Repairs
Laptop and computer repairs are quoted after a free assessment, with the price agreed before we start. Parts are quoted at the price we pay plus fitting, and every repair carries a 3-month warranty.
Data recovery
Data recovery starts with a professional evaluation (£94.80). You then receive a fixed quote and a list of recoverable files. As a guide, logical recoveries such as deleted files and formatted drives typically cost £250–£550; mechanical and failed-SSD recoveries £650–£1,200; and complex RAID, NAS and board-level cases £1,400–£2,800.

Do you charge VAT?
All prices are confirmed in writing with VAT clearly shown.
Is there an urgent service?
Yes, for an additional fee. Call us to discuss timescales.
Will I know what can be recovered before I pay?
Yes. You get a list of recoverable files before the recovery itself is charged.
