RAID Arrays data recovery

When a RAID array fails, everything on it goes offline at once. We recover RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10 from servers, NAS units and desktop RAID enclosures.

RAID Arrays data recovery

Why RAIDs fail

RAID protects against one drive failing – not two. Most RAID losses happen when a second drive fails during a rebuild, when the controller is replaced, or when drives are re-inserted in the wrong order. Hardware controllers, software RAID and proprietary formats each need different reconstruction.

How we recover them

We image every member drive, including the failed ones, and rebuild the array virtually on our own systems. We never write to your original drives.

Common questions

Should I let the array rebuild?

Not if any other drive shows errors. Power down and call us.

Do you need the RAID controller?

Not usually, but send it if it is easy to remove. Label drives with their slot numbers.

Will I know what can be recovered before I pay?

Yes. You get a list of recoverable files before the recovery itself is charged.

Get a price from a technician

Tell us the make, the model and what has gone wrong. A technician replies with a price and the quickest way to sort it – normally the same working day.
