Who we are

This website is run by Creative IT, Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, which is responsible for the personal information collected through it. Questions about your data can be sent to info@creativeit.tv.

Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, phone number if given, the device and problem you describe, and your message. We also log the time and IP address of each submission to prevent misuse.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to carry out and invoice the repair or recovery. We rely on taking steps at your request before a contract and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to filter out automated submissions. It processes limited technical data about your browser under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

Devices and files in our care

We access data on your device only as far as the job requires. Recovered data is kept only as long as needed and then securely deleted.

Keeping and deleting information

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Job records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
