USB Flash Drives data recovery

Snapped, bent, water-damaged or showing 0 bytes – we recover data from USB memory sticks of every brand and size.

USB Flash Drives data recovery

Monolithic sticks

Many modern USB sticks are a single sealed chip with no separate memory. When they fail, we read the data directly from microscopic test points on the chip, then rebuild the files. Older sticks with separate chips can often be repaired at board level.

What not to do

  • Do not format the stick when Windows asks
  • Do not try to glue or solder a snapped connector
  • Do not keep plugging it in to check

Common questions

Can a snapped USB stick be recovered?

Usually, if the memory chip is intact.

My stick shows 0 bytes. What does that mean?

A controller or firmware fault. The data is often still there.

Will I know what can be recovered before I pay?

Yes. You get a list of recoverable files before the recovery itself is charged.
