About the ThinkPad T Series
The ThinkPad T series is famous for its keyboard and durability. The T480 and T490 are still everywhere, and the T14 replaced them in 2020 with yearly generations. We repair screens, keyboards, TrackPoints, batteries, USB-C charging and boards on every model.

Common questions
My T480 has two batteries. Which one needs replacing?
The T480 has an internal and a removable battery. We test both and replace whichever has worn out.
How quickly can you fix it?
Many repairs are finished the same or next working day; jobs needing parts take a few days.
Are my files safe during a repair?
We leave your files untouched, and back them up first if the work could put them at risk.
