About the XPS 13
The XPS 13 squeezes a full laptop into a very small aluminium and carbon body. Memory has always been soldered, battery swelling is a known issue, and screen replacements need care with the near-borderless display. We repair every generation, including the 2024 Lunar Lake model that reused the 9350 name.

Usually a swollen battery pushing against it. Stop charging it and bring it in.

Yes – every repair carries a 3-month warranty on parts and labour.
How quickly can you fix it?
Many repairs are finished the same or next working day; jobs needing parts take a few days.
