About the ZenBook
ZenBooks are ASUS’s thin and light premium laptops, including the dual-screen ZenBook Duo and many OLED models. Slim builds mean delicate screens and soldered memory on most recent models; hinges and charging ports are also frequent repairs.

Can you repair a ZenBook Duo second screen?
Yes. The ScreenPad Plus is a separate display assembly that we replace.
Are my files safe during a repair?
We leave your files untouched, and back them up first if the work could put them at risk.
How much will my repair cost?
We assess the laptop free of charge and confirm a fixed price before any work starts.
