Common questions

How much is a Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 / 18 screen or battery replacement?

It depends on the exact part your Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 / 18 uses. We check the model and serial number, then give you a fixed price before any work starts.

Are my files safe during a repair?

We leave your files untouched, and back them up first if the work could put them at risk.
