About the Acer Chromebook
Acer Chromebooks are a mainstay of UK schools. The rugged education models survive a lot, but screens, hinges, charging ports and keyboards still need replacing after a few years of classroom use.

Common questions
Can you repair a Chromebook that will not charge?
Usually. It is often the USB-C port or the charging board.

Many repairs are finished the same or next working day; jobs needing parts take a few days.
Are my files safe during a repair?
We leave your files untouched, and back them up first if the work could put them at risk.
